Hello Pam Valyou, You can follow the steps below.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap the Sounds section. (If you don’t see the Sound section, type “Ringtone” in the search bar at the top of your Settings app.)
3. Tap the Phone ringtone section.
4. If you get a “Open with” or “Complete action with” alert, choose your system’s Sound Picker app instead of file manager or ToneHappy.
5. Tap your custom ringtone that you added to the ringtones folder.
6. Tap Save and then OK. If these options are not visible, simply tap the back button to exit the ringtone picker.
